DentiCom shows the status of every treatment room on every computer in your clinic. When someone finishes with a patient, they update the status with one click, and the next person sees it right away.

Whoever finishes updates the status
One click on the room’s status when your part is done: Ready, Forms, or whatever step comes next.
The next person sees it instantly
Every screen in the clinic updates at the same time. When a patient is marked ready, an optional timer starts.
What’s in DentiCom
Live board
Staff down the side, rooms across the top. Each cell shows a colored status and a timer, so you can read the whole clinic at a glance.
Room Status view
One card per room showing its status, the assigned dentist and a mood emoji.
Arrivals queue
The front desk adds patients as they arrive and assigns them to a staff member. Everyone sees who is waiting and in what order.
Statuses you name yourself
Start with Arrived, Forms, Ready, In progress and Overdue. Rename them, recolor them and add your own to match how your clinic works.
Staff schedules
Set the days each person works, on a 1-week or 2-week rotation. On their days off they’re hidden from the board, so it only shows who’s in today.
